Terms and Conditions

Cancellation and No Show Policy

Changes and cancellations require twenty four hours advance notice on- line or for corporate-owned locations (Chicago and LA), we require:

  • Sedans and SUVS two hours notice prior to the scheduled pickup time
  • Limousines and Vans twenty four hours notice prior to the scheduled pickup time
  • Buses fourty eight hours notice prior to the scheduled pickup time
  • Coordinators twenty four hours notice prior to the scheduled pickup time

For the rest of the continental US, cancellation notice times vary from a minimum of two hours to a maximum of twenty-four hours depending on location. For all other countries, the applicable base transfer rate applies, and for hourly service, the change or late cancellation fee is equal to the hourly minimum.

To avoid either a late cancellation or no show fee, the reservation(s) must be cancelled in accordance with the cancellation policy noted in the email confirmation you can call 1.800.341.0295 or cancel the reservation at

www.premiertsinc.com. Outside the United States and Canada, call 1.800.341.0295

NOTE: It is the Client’s responsibility to obtain a cancellation number, given at the time the order is cancelled, in order to avoid late charges.

A no show fee equal to the hourly minimum or base transfer, as applicable, for the confirmed vehicle plus airport fee, fuel surcharge, tolls, and parking, if applicable

If you are unable to locate your chauffeur or car please immediately call  1.800.341.0295 or the number listed in the email confirmation. Leaving the pick-up location without notifying Premier  Transportation Services will result in a no-show fee.

 

Airport Transfer Rates and waiting time on a flat rate

Airport Transfers have a flat rate for pickups and drop-offs servicing most major airports. The Basic Airport Transfer rate is based upon a pickup and drop-off without any associated delay or waiting time exceeding fifteen minutes. If the waiting time exceeds fifteen minutes, the customer will be charged hourly rate.

 

Hourly Rates

Hourly rate varies from vehicle to vehicle starting with a two hour minimum charge. For further information, please contact us directly.

 

Point-to-Point Transfer and waiting time

Point-to-Point Transfer have a flat rate from the most frequently traveled routes in a given market, based upon a pickup and drop-off without any associated delay or waiting time exceeding fifteen minutes. If the waiting time exceeds fifteen minutes, the customer will be charged hourly rate.

 

Extra Stops on a flat rate

Request for stops will be provided only if the vehicle is not schudle for other work   customers are allowed to make stops which does not exceed fifteen minutes during a transfer. If the stop exceeds fifteen minutes, the customer will be charged hourly rate.

 

Rate Estimate

Rates quoted prior to service are only an initial estimate of the cost of services as reserved. Wait time, taxes, extra stops or additional services may change the final price. Rates are subject to change without notice.

 

Unusual Cleaning

If, during or after the transportation service, we are required to expend a greater than normal amount of time and material clean the vehicle due to acts of the Client, we may charge Client additional fees to cover such additional time and materials.

 

Incidentals

Certain charges that are in addition to base rates. Includes chauffeur hotel accommodations and meals, greeter fee, parking, port fee, special requests and tolls.

 

Lost or Misplaced Items

Premier Limousine assumes no liability for any lost damage or misplaced personal property or any other items.

 

Other Events Agreement and Liability

Premier Transportation Services shall not be liable for circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to, weather, road conditions and breakdowns. No possession, sale or consumption of any type of narcotics or illegal drugs is permitted. Violations will result in immediate termination of contract and services and forfeiture of all paid deposits and fees for service. Alcohol consumption within the vehicle by person(s) under the age of 21 years, as mandated by the law is not allowed. Smoking is not allowed in any of the vehicles.

In case of misconduct by your party, chauffeur has the right to terminate this agreement without any refunds.
